Introspection

Taking the time to look within, question who we are or might want to be...that is the concept behind the two new paintings I've just completed.  This 30" by 15" by 3" acrylic abstract contains a collage element I have not used before...puzzle bark ...looks like a reef with swimming manta rays inside made from maple seed pods.  The glass piece has a bubble in it and is backed by a small mirror that emits a soft glow. Then the ususal yarns but these are double strands with metallic threads.
