The last day in Peru was spent with rotarians from the Lima Sunrise Club. Here they are giving me a receipt for the donation I wired to them last month. It was the 10% of sales for this year. Look under The Art of Giving" for more details. According to their president my donation will help over 200 people have potable water to drink. We enjoyed talking with the members and hope to see them again as several do travel up this way on occasion.
The trip was awesome!! Picked up some materials to do a Peru painting...yarn from Amantani Island, a fossil from the Pisac market, feathers from Punta Coles....seeds from the jungle....not viable ones so allowed. New paintings coming up!!
