The Camano Island Library Friends raised enough money at the auction last Saturday to keep the library open on the island for another two years!! Lots of people donated items for the event and went to the dinner auction at the community center to help support our annex here on the island. We don't drop in there as much as I would like...but I love knowing its there and that I can. It is also great to know that my gyotaku can help support such wonderful causes! I'll be making more this summer.
Six of my paintings are hanging at the Salon Soleil on Camano Island at the triangle. This is only the second time Radiance has been on display; the others are very experienced. If you are going by, stop in and say hey to Sherrie who does my hair and promotes my work..way to go!
